About
The Bridge Program supports young adults who have aged out of foster care in creating a vision for their future. We empower participants to set their own goals and work toward making those goals a reality.

How We Help
Aging out of foster care can be overwhelming, but you don’t have to figure it out alone. We’re here to support you every step of the way. Whether you need help finding a job, a safe place to live, or just someone to talk to, we’ve got your back.
We know that life after foster care comes with challenges—things like getting an education, finding a steady job, or dealing with the stress of it all. That’s why we focus on more than just resources—we look at the big picture, including your mental well-being.
Our goal is to connect you with the right tools, people, and opportunities so you can build the future you want.
Who We Serve
Young people ages 14-29 in foster care, those who have aged out, or those with failed permanency plans.
How Long We Serve
The Bridge Program provides support for an average of two years to help participants achieve their goals.
Where We Serve
We meet participants where they are and also offer therapy and legal services at our Oakland and Wayne County offices.
