Support for Aging Out of Foster Care in Michigan
The New Foster Care Bridge Program is a dedicated community team committed to guiding and supporting young adults in Michigan as they access support for aging out of foster care. Through personalized guidance and community-based services, we help participants set their own short-term and long-term goals across domains: education, transportation, employment & career, housing, physical and mental health, and community connection.
